Most of our work falls into two buckets. Project work — a network rebuild, a server install, a security audit — is quoted as a fixed price after we understand your environment. Ongoing support is typically monthly, scaled to the size of your business and how much support you need.

No hidden fees, no long lock-in contracts, no surprise invoices. You'll always know what something costs before we do it.

For ongoing support clients: remote response within the hour during business hours, usually much faster. On-site visits when needed, scheduled within the business day. After-hours and weekend coverage available for business-critical emergencies.
