One person who knows your business, your systems, and the nonsense you've already tried before you call.

John Vighetto founded Vighetto Networking, Inc. in 1995, and has spent the three decades since doing the same thing, only better: keeping Palm Beach County's small and medium businesses running. Law firms, architects, title agencies, churches, medical practices, corporate branches — if it has a network, a server, or a frustrated end-user, John has probably fixed it.
The testimonials page has quotes going back to the late 1990s. What those quotes don't mention is the particular way John works: no cookie-cutter packages, no sales pitch for whatever hardware the distributor is pushing this quarter, and a phone that gets answered. Clients who have worked with John for 20+ years say the same thing in different words — he takes the time to understand the business before he touches the tech.
For more than ten years, John led the Palm Beach County IT Professionals User Group — a community of systems administrators, consultants, and business IT decision-makers who met for peer learning, vendor-neutral technical education, and the kind of informal problem-solving that doesn't happen anywhere else.
Running a user group of that size takes what running an IT practice takes: patience, deep technical knowledge, and a willingness to listen before talking. The same qualities clients hire John for.
John is a member of the Knights of Columbus, reflecting a long-standing commitment to faith, family, and community service. Several of the firm's long-term clients are Catholic institutions — including parishes and schools — relationships rooted in shared values as much as shared technical needs.
Married, with grown children. When John isn't working, he's most likely cooking (a serious hobby, not a casual one), traveling somewhere new with family, or underwater — he's an active scuba diver and spends as much time below sea level as work allows.
A short call is usually enough to know if we're the right fit.
